I have recently celebrated my 30th birthday and I was well and truly spoiled! In addition to a shopping trip to London, evening at the races and a small gathering for the girls at my house, my husband also arranged a surprise 30th party for me.
I received some absolutely beautiful gifts off my friends and family and wanted to share some of them below!
Rolex Datejust 31 Watch
My present from my husband was this beautiful Rolex Datejust 31 Watch. For as long as I can remember I have always wanted a Rolex but never imagined I would ever have my own. As part of our trip to London, John took me to the Rolex store on Old Bond Street and we spent a good few hours sipping champagne and trying on a lot of different styles before I decided on this pink gold and steel model with a black diamond-set dial. The service in the store was second to none (as you would expect) and we had a fantastic time whilst making up our mind.
Louis Vuitton Monogram Shawl
In addition to being a landmark birthday, this year was my first year as a mum and it appears that my three month baby has very good taste as my gift from him was this beautiful Louis Vuitton Monogram Shawl. I am rarely seen without a scarf on and I can’t wait to start wearing this now the winter months are coming.
Alexander McQueen Scarf
As I’ve previously mentioned, I love scarves and my best friends all bought me this stunning thick wool scarf from Alexander McQueen. I absolutely love it and have already worn it several times. Thank you girls!
I have recently joined a personal training programme in a bid to try and get my pre-baby body back and another gift from my little boy was a Microsoft Band. I have only just started using this but I’m sure it’s going to be very well used. I now just need to make sure I burn off all of the calories I eat!
I also received lots of other beautiful gifts including a clutch bag, candles, champagne, vouchers and a jewellery box. Turning 30 definitely has its benefits!
